@1.deactivate gprs
pack if any

@2.don't use proxy system to
unblock ur sim

@3.Maintain rs. 3- 5 in mobile

@4.use nmd vpn
with tcp config
with
122.170.122.201
as host

@5.2-3 times it will
not connect ,after
several
attempts it will
connect

@6.your bal will be
deducted
but ur sim will
unblock

@7.use it for 10-15
min...... enjoy.
